Terms of service
Appointments & Booking
- Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure availability.
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% service fee.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the 30% deposit being forfeited.
- Appointments may be rescheduled once within one month of the original date, with the deposit transferred. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled or missed, the deposit will be forfeited

Late Arrivals
- Guests arriving late may have their service shortened to avoid delays for the next appointment
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee
Payments
- We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods
Refunds & Service Adjustments
- To maintain fairness to all clients and respect our team’s time, all service sales are final and non-refundable
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any concerns, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.
Nails
- Regular Polish: 2-day guarantee. If your polish chips within 2 days, we will provide a complimentary repair.
- Gel, Gel-X & Builder Gel: 5-day guarantee. If chipping, lifting, or breakage occurs within 5 days, we will repair it at no charge.
Eyelash Extensions
- 72-hour guarantee. If unusual or excessive shedding occurs within 72 hours, we will provide a complimentary touch-up.
- After this period, natural lash shedding is expected, and a standard fill appointment will be required.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
- Consent forms are required for lash and spa treatments.
Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Discounts, promotions, and gift cards cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
Salon Etiquette
- Please respect the comfort and relaxation of all guests
- Children must remain supervised at all times to preserve a calm environment.
- Service animals are welcome in the salon
- Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience
Personal Belongings
- Blue Zen Nails Spa & Lash is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or broken personal items. Clients are solely responsible for securing their belongings before and after services.
